Being Fearless

It's that time of year again, back to school and all the craziness that come with it. I will wholeheartedly admit that the cooling temperature and shorter days makes me feel a little depressed this time of year. This is the challenge for me: stay positive, motivated, and perky. I believe that it takes a bit of courage, fight, and fearlessness to break through all the things that make us a little melancholy. I've decided to focus on these challenges and find the positivity through them.

The key to being happy is being fearless. I've come up with this idea partially on my own, partially through reading Rhonda Britton's book Fearless Living, and partially through a very important person's Life Coaching Practice, The Fearless Road. When we allow ourselves to take risks, explore, discover, and even fail we have a chance to discover who we are and what we are passionate about.
